Doug I know very little about the board makers like hdco and sanm ,their good companies .I know this that they do not have the growth prospects of the assemblers .The oem's already buys their boards from them ,if they switch buyer theirs no net gain.

The assembler are only manufactoring less than 20% of the pie so they can grow with their customers and dig into the other 80%.As for the smaller assembler I wouldnt touch them unless they can 1 pick up 200 mil contracts or better 2 provide their customer with a world wide presents.That gives you about 7 or 8 companies to pick from.sci slr clestica jabil flex nat-steel plus a couple others.jmho patroller
