Patrick,

The 55 day cycle is Sept 13. Many are using JULY 17, which as you say was the closing high, but the actual high occured on JULY 20, not on JULY 17.

In light of the foreign markets being up so strong the DOW FUTUREs are only up 38. If that holds, just dont feel that is such a good signal of strong follow-thru today.
