Patrick,

The first resistance for the DOW is at the 7865-7896 range. It is possible that such resistance area could be broken. The next resistance is in the 7950-8030 area.

If the DOW does get to the 7950-8030 before lunchtime, I may add another PUT position(PUT SPREAD). If it does not get that high I will hold off.

Im smelling a set-up for a decline, but could be wrong.

If the DOW does not break the 7865-7896 resistance then that would indicate that the short/mid-term downtrend has not yet been violated.
