I really only look at 1 minute when I am entering or in a trade. I don't apply the thingamajig on the one minute at all.

Matter of fact, it's run on a separate machine on the smallest screen but eye level and dead in front of me. It's generally the last thing I look at before I pick up the phone just to get a sense of probable volatility and direction. Right now it implies a move to 1041 before support and a probable acceleration. Probably 15 minutes.
