Business is supposed to be rebounding in the PCBs. Hope it is true but margins must still be low. What do you make of the refinancing by PGTZ?. Are they replacing all their bank debt with these debentures? Maybe Bob is tired of paying the banks and wants to pay himself? What do you think? Rich
