I've been using Zap(LLG system) for a couple of months, and it's been going OK. During the high volume period we had a couple of weeks ago, they had problems with their electronic system, but other than that, I think it has worked well. Their Tech Support and order desk people have been very helpful. There is no question that the speed of entering orders and getting fills is the best I have seen. I'll be glad to try and answer any other questions you have.
