Information Link Creation - Include hypertext links to reference documents, videos, or sound files. Create jumps from one location in the document to another. Create messages that pop-up on screen in small individual windows.

Data Link Creation - Include collection fields in a document where signatures, numerical values, or comments can be entered. Include checkboxes, and option buttons for answer selection.

Approver Selection - Select review personnel from approver's list. Each selected individual must review and approve a document prior to its issuance.

Monitors - Assign a procedural control monitor, or time stamp monitor to links in the document. Procedural control monitors prohibit users from proceeding with the document until the specified link is activated. Time monitors automatically and invisibly record the user name and date/time of link activation.

Browse Sequence Creation - Provides the document author with the ability to specify a sequence of viewing for steps. This capability is enforced when a document is run for implementation in the Visual Worker program.

Automatic Calculation Creation - Provides the document author with the ability to create formulas that automatically calculate and record the answer when a user clicks on specified text in the document. Numerical values entered by the user in other links can be used in these formulas.
