Quiet Period and Positive PRs--
Hi All, I will be leaving on vacation for a week, so good luck to all while I'm gone. Just to add to the "quiet period" information. I also believe that a company can not make any changes to the status of its stock, therefore, no stock splits, no acquisitions with stock, no issuing new stock, etc.

So, it's obvious that the company would want to finish up all acquisitions in the works (if there were any) before filing. If this is the case, then yes, we should see a couple more good PR before the filing AND see any new acquisitions reflected in the filing. All this is good and fine with me!!

I'm thinking that although Homelife may be in a quiet period through the month of October, it will be a good month for the stock. The SB10 should bolster the stock and the promotion the company plans will hopefully increase volume as well.

I'll be away from computers for a weeks of so. Hope for a good week in the stock market next week--good luck to all and Happy Investing!
