Sorry to get back to you this late Scott. EWH is not a closed end fund; it is a WEB (World Equit Basket). WEBs do for foreign mrkets what SPY does for U.S. They mimic the performance of the foriegn markets. They are a great way for the average investor to get involved with the foriegn markets. There is no NAV perimume/discount and no management fee (just a small expense ratio). ST
