Mark, My take is similar to that of Kevin and Reason. The seller had held shares for over a year, at an average price of under .20. He may have been having financial troubles, and decided that a double on his money wasn't bad. I wouldn't try to read tea leaves into his decision to sell. Furthermore, PR should be out sometime on Tueday, per my conversations with the CEO. And my opinion is that it pertains to an international distribution agreement.
