Couple of interesting articles which could affect the IT industry in general but particularly the U.S.

Seems like either the U.S IT companies will have to actively recruit technologists from countries where they are available (such as Israel,India,Ireland,China,Russia etc) or branch out into these countries or both. As I understand it U.S companies are doing bit of both.
