We can view paper as our primary competition. This is because paper processes are natural and offer exceptional simplicity and flexibility with little or no training necessary. However, paper-based processes are also extremely inefficient, ineffective and costly. In fact, paper may be the single greatest hindrance to meeting quality and cost management targets.
