So what is your point. John made a mistake because he wasn't familiar with it. So this means that he Lied, that he is a Cheat,Thief? All it means is he is guilty of trusting others to do what work he should of obviously done himself. If he had then this could of all been avoided. It does not make the company a SCAM! In your eyes it seems. The negative side. I personally like to think he was just excited that everything is done when there was obviously something he missed.
