It is too early in the game plan to truly predict the PE. I just finished speaking with Mr. Calkins and the PR is a definite go for tomorrow afternoon. In the PR we will be seeing who the distribution is with and the anticipated revenue that it will bring to PLRP. Mr. Calkins has also said we will be seeing an announcement next week in terms of an acquisition. This acquisition looms large because Mr. Calkins said it is a done deal and will generate revenue in excess of 4.5 million dollars right out of the gates.
