I just got off of the phone with Dave Williams. (poor guy, probably has had a thousand calls). I asked if everything was a go? He said yes. They are just waiting on their meeting with the SEC regarding the merger, which is Wed(he thought).THEY ARE MERGING. The problem with the PRWT/PanAm was the attorney not feeling they had to do everything that was nessasary(sp) to complete. In all fairness, he did say the only problem he had was with the press releases. He did not expound.Said he would clear that up with John. He said he wqas going to call the web design firm and insist on a page now, as they charge by the hour.He took my name and number and said he would call if anything changed. He also said that he only goes on the internet once or twice a year and that he is glad he isn't now with all the B.S. flying around.
I offered to post anything he would like to say to all of us in the future.
I am feeling more confident with every person I talk to.I have been trying,unsuccessfully, to reach Minister Dickey. Hopefully when the Gov't opens tommorrow,today is a holiday, I will be able to.
As far as the Sept. release, I don't believe the new gov't released a statement. There is not one on their site. The others are rereleases of the original.When one started to broadcast it, the others jumped on board. I don't know if you all remember, but, about 3-4 weeks ago I e-mailed Channel 5 news re. PRWT. He said it was a non issue. Now, ALL OF A SUDDEN, it is. I believe it COULD have to do with mine bringing it to their attention and that they too are trying to sell lots. Of course, I could be wrong.
Just a note for those that are relying on others DD. I was relying on others DD and then started getting scared that I hadn't confirmed or done my own. Now that I have, I can sleep at night. I feel I have made a sound investment. Do your own DD for your own sanity, it helps.
