John, I belive it is true that PanAm is not lisenced to do mortgaging in Belize, But the company that PRWT is a major share holder in,Alpha's National Building Society IS supposed to be lisenced, and that is what should be checked out cuz thats the company that will be speerheading the mortgages. Every one can chase this issue up a tree till you'r blue in the face and not get the right answer, till you chase up the right tree. Alpha's name was mentioned on A.H.G's new web sight.
