I can understand 20,000 to 100,000 share trades by either a major buyer or seller. The trader accumulates enough small trades to match the large trade and it is executed. But nearly 4,000,000 on a stock that averages 700,000. It can only be one institution selling vs one institution buying. Net result I am nervous, not selling, but nervous. It is to close to the quarterly. Hopefully, it was not an insider sell, but if it was who would buy. Share accumulation for takeover? Too many unknowns!
