A couple of good points about total housing units for all the people in or out of the country. Have to wait and see how it plays out. There may be two separate but overlapping mortgages/building of homes here. One for planned estates to US Belizeans by Affordable Housing and another land area or in the city for local Belizeans which may be built by any contractor. I agree, 10,000 is a large amount of homes unless you consider building very small economical houses in the rural area and I do not think they are talking about that. This plan covers a few years of growth. If the authorities initially agreed to a certain number of mortgages, that may just indicate a maximum cap they are willing to consider. So far, it seems to be progressing with the approval of many participants. They seem to be okay with it by showing their presence with the Affordable boys. Since none of us really know, my bet is on John, CEO, he is the one that is putting everything together. Roger
