Merix is a victim of poor positioning and board price wars.

I understand a lot of their boards go to the test equipment industry. Well, this industry sector is in a bad downturn, that I believe will last until next spring, at least.

Other than that, I haven't been following the bare board makers closely.

My favorite assemblers are roaring back these last ten days. Go FLEXF and JBL. I figure they will surpass SLR's stock price in about four months (if not sooner). Both are growing faster, and earn more per share. Can't figure why they're in the mid-30s, with SLR at 53, except that the market likes to pay up for larger cap stocks.
