Not sure what you are basing this on.

I've been using Schwab for over 15 years for options trading and I have found them to be excellent. Not cheap for a discount broker but cannot fault the service. No web-trading for me when it comes to options and I do use the options desk or Schwab500 -- both of these sections have been very good, when it comes to these trades. I think that web trading when it comes to options would be ill-advised.

Instant--just seconds--though again I am not referring to web trading.

BTW, it is being suggested that the futures could get to 1080 before this rally peters out. Not sure that we will see that but who knows.
