Not entirely true. This is what John told me when I talked to him back in early August. "Number of shares. 750M authorized. 610M outstanding. 140M reserved for warrants (750-610). Apparently, there are still some issues with these warrants. He did not elaborate. 208M-212M in the float. The remaining are control or company owned." I would assume the issue with the warrants was resolved and they were converted into shares. I hope they have some kind of restriction and are held in the control pool. GG
