One of the features of the system is that if a signal is not triggered within a defined % after a X day high or low, then the signal does not get taken. The only exception is when there is very strong momentum in the direction of the signal when this occurs. A buy signal was triggered at 1060 yesterday--but it was 61 points over the recent bottom, so the signal was invalid. Again a relatively rare event but we have seen several unusual things happen during the past few weeks in relation to how the system has been faring.

So I am flat per the system--and looking to go long for a day trade
