So Kevin, just who are the Prizm Marketing Group? Are they providing the money or are they the ones securitizing the mortgages and selling them through some private placement? Seems like a lot of middle men between the borrower and the lender. I'm just not clear here on where the money for these mortgages is coming from and how Affordable Housing is going to provide any kind of guarantee on this foreign based collateral that could be devalued if the Belizean peg to the dollar is changed. I've also seen mention, though not by you I believe, that Affordable Housing is going to be spearheading the Government's drive. Surely you don't subscribe to that notion that the government is expecting the majority of the effort for mortgaging these 10,000 houses is going to come from Affordable Housing?
