Here is a reply from Giovani Smith(landowner of Ridge lagoon) on
July 29, 1998 regarding the available lots.

Dear Buster Cat

Property is available for approximately 2000 lots.

We have Govermental permission to prepare 350 lots.

Presently 101 lots have been surveyed and saleable (ready for title
transfer).

Over half of the 101 lots have been sold -title transferred. Some lots are
still available.

If capital is not an issue the other 250 lots could be prepared in 4-5
months.
