MEETING INFORMATION SHEET 6: Some meeting Foot Notes: There will be A PR firm for the Newly Formed PANBANCORP. Which can answer and handle the investors questions. This new firm should be up and running in the next 2 weeks. Regarding those wild PR's. After meeting with the heads of the Government in Belize. During the formal meeting, John and his attorney's were told by The PUP Government that these PR's have caught them by total Surprise, These PR's were sailing out on their own by a small group in the old Government Press Office. When John, Personally approached the New Government Heads, They were taken back in total dismay. They had No Idea The Damage that was caused by these PR's. The New Government ordered a shake up of the Press Office that was found to be in a total mess,. and replaced the group from the former Government with a new PUP Government PR' group. They also assured PRWT that a statement will be posted as soon as they can to correct all the problems. John was very confident and stated that this correction may come at any time. We are ready to roll! The Old PRWT books will close on Sept 30 1998. The old shares will be converted and exchanged one for one. PANBANCORP will be reporting with the 45 day limit. I asked him about PR's. He said his Attorney's advised him to wait. Because they are waiting for a few more items to be addressed and finalized including the old shareholders vote for the merger to be addressed before posting. We spoke to him openly John was eager and very confident with all of the company developments that are up coming. He said that his scheduled meetings and flights to these area's that the company has, are really keeping him on the move. With all that was happening at such a fast pace , I forgot to address the Video phones, But I'm sure that also would have been a positive response.
