Hi Dusty, I'm certainly no expert and all of this is IMHO, but I believe that this stock can certainly move a fair degree just based on history - large float, notwithstanding. For instance, it did move from 0.006 to 0.12 and has had some small pops since. Grant it, it hasn't gone to a buck, but moving like it has certainly isn't trivial and was a many bagger, especially for the old PRWT holders...

Sure your friends can laugh and they have some reason to. One thing that helps me handle the 750M max auth., is that 400M are under the direct control and hold of PRWT, which (I believe) almost makes them like controlled shares. Someone, correct me, if I'm wrong on this -- always glad to learn and take constructive criticism.

Another thing to consider, that given the right conditions, a stock with a large float can, indeed move. Look at Noise Cancellation Tech. (NCTI). My memory is lousy on this, but I seem to recall they were a 0.25 stock until INTC (Intel) said they were buying an interest in them. I believe they then ended up at 1.47 or so! Please don't quote me on the exact details, but I know I recall the symbol correctly (NCTI). Of course, now it's under 50 cents!

What I think will help long PRWT holders is the financials. Obviously, that's one way we'll be able to see what the acid test is (debt/equity), etc. as well as get a present and, hopefully fairly accurate, future fair market value for this stock.

Constructive comments welcome. Hope this helps. All IMHO.

Best rgds,

Ron
