Ron I will have to admit my ignorance on the convertibles but perhaps this is what we are looking for. Would love to here more from other people who have studied the legal side of shorting and the name change. I do know that any shares shorted are not owned by the person shorting the stock and they may be recalled for any reason at any time. Would suspect that this also includes the convertibles.
