If you have a sound card in your computer, and most do, then you should already have the capability to play *.WAV files. Check the documentation with your sound card. They should explain the specifics there.

If you do not have a sound card, you can get a file from Microsoft or most any BBS of the file SPEAKER.EXE, which will allow you to play *.WAV files through your PC's internal speaker.
