Colleen, John, CEO, pays his attorney for legal advice. If they advise him to wait until the paper work is complete, then he should wait. Regarding another's 'post', none of these SI post's are binding from the company of course, they are our views only. It is called DD. As for those posters that constantly condemn each and every minute detail and never posts to the positive side, we ALL question the validity and motive of such posters. John (IMHO) has never purposely made a false statement that would misrepresent the company. As days go by, events change that may modify a course or agreement or business plan. This happens with ALL companies. We can all use a reasonable attitude that just makes good sense and stay focused on the growth of this company and discount the constant bashers. By the way, look at the odds here: about 2 or 3 bashers and 20 to 30 experienced investors (that are posting) that are believers in PRWT. Roger
