well, the 30 year bond yield now being under 5% tells me, folks sell stock and buy bonds.

Mentally it's always easier to buy rising markets.

Financialy you make money to buy low and sell high. All other things beeing equal, it seems, we aproach a good buying oportunity in general.

When prices deflate, those, that help to thrieve in that environment, those that increase efficiency, will win. I believe PSFT is on of those.
