I had the pleasure and privilege of talking to John Schmitz today. He is definitely an entrepreneur who will carry this company to great heights. We are all fortunate to be associated with such an achiever. In reference to Belize, everyone must understand that the company is dealing with a totally new government. The PUP party won 26 out of 29 seats which totally changed the complexion of the government. There are new ministers. The PUP party is very pro housing which will work in PRWT's favor. They have been supportive of PRWT's efforts. Alpha's National Building Society (A.N.B.S.) is licensed and fully operational under Belize law. Mortgage applications are coming in briskly. An important distinction must be made that A.N.B.S. is a mortgage "company" and not a mortgage "bank". The semantics have caused confusion. The company is still in talks in Costa Rica. John will be down there soon. Other Latin American countries are also in talks with the company. More later . . .
