Whoa there Angel...

Things did get a bit heated on this thread today, but I hope it can become calmer now.

To try to answer your question, I'll start with the principals here.

Jack Ben Ezra:
* co-founder and the CEO
* served as an investment banker for 6 years with Dean Witter
* 1984 worked for Davis Skaggs and Company
* left Davis when it was acquired by Shearson
* worked for a year for a San Francisco-based venture capitalist
* formed San Francisco Discount Brokers, a discount retail brokerage firm
* formed, with 2 other principals, Arawak Venture Group, a small venture capital company
* retired in 1989
* founded the first Jewish day school in Albuquerque in 25 years
* designed a national campaign for United Jewish Appeal's Operation Exodus which raised over $2 million
* a graduate of the University of California at Davis

Michael Weinstein:
* co-founder and chief operating officer
* honor graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and the McGeorge School of Law of the Univ. of the Pacific
* served as Assistant General Counsel in the White House Office of Administration under President Reagan
* also served as Attorney Advisor for telecommunications and computer systems in the White House Office of Management and Budget
* practiced corporate, commercial and criminal law for international law firms based in New York and Washington DC
* was hired by H. Ross Perot, as general counsel for Perot Systems Corp. during its litigation with General Motors
* founded his own company, Find Dad, Inc., one of the first private companies to collect delinquent child support payments. It is said that became one of the largest private companies to do so.

Dr. Harold "Hal" Clark, former President of IngramMicro, directs the company's marketing. He is a special advisor to the Board of Directors and also advises the company on software content, packaging and technical support. There is good general info on the products in the thread header and more can be seen at their web site, benez.com

The Company has signed joint marketing agreements with both FRG (Financial Resource Group) and the parent group of Inc. Magazine. All copies of Personal Market Analyst (PMA) will be marketed under the Inc. banner (under the Inc. logo) and special editions of PMA will be co-marketed with Inc. Magazine to targeted market groups - such as the deal with Lockheed Georgia Employee Federal Credit Union ("LGEFCU"). On Tuesday, a distribution contract with IngramMicro was announced: biz.yahoo.com

Right now, we're expecting news soon on either additional distribution deals and/or sales figures.

Well, this is a start anyway. Hope this helps.
