Yes, I was tempted to think 1003 would have been a pivot of sorts. I almost hit it there again. Somehow, the logic of hitting the precise same level twice was a bit fuzzy; sort of like looking for lightening to strike twice but there it is. All the way from 04.50 to 990. I would not be surprised to see it stall up there one more time this morning.
