Jud, it's a lot to comment about your post, so I will do it little by little. Authorized preferred stocks were 4.000.000 and 1.000.000 issued and outstanding as September 31st, 1997 (by Company Press Release of 12/31/97). Is your theory of conversion before June 19 or after? If it was before June 19, it means the RS applies here, but if your theory is after June 19, then it means they got 4.000.000 "new shares". So, before or after June 19? WAIT A MINUTE I JUST READ YOUR POST AGAIN. YOU SAID THEY CONVERTED ON 6/04/97 that means the reverse split also included those 4.000.000 shares. :} Thanks, Elio
