From the press release for the reverse split, it was stated that the RS was done to facilitate the acquisitions. To me, that means that the shares would have exceeded the outstanding shares.

So how much would it exceed the shares and did Jack and Mikey increase their holdings? We'll just have to wait on company financials. But even if the pre-split share count went to 70 million (high I would say) the total OS would only be 6 million. I still don't know of any contribution to the float so the float might be as low as 1.5 million while the restricted and insider shares might be 4.5 million.

Who knows. And I do get tired of speculating.

There are TWO large variables in the analysis and we will HAVE to wait on both:

1. Outstanding shares and
2. Sales of PMA.

Until those are know, it's an awful lot of guesswork.
