Leroyt, You are correct. It is guesswork. And, it is tiring. However, let me leave you with one last thought. Mr. Ben Ezra and Mr. Weinstein rightfully want to maintain control. As the company iissues shares for the acquisition of other companies don't these principals need to increase their own voting share count (to maintain control)? Or can they accomplish acquisitions by issuing shares and not increase their voting share count? Jud
