Wow. Thanks for taking the time to be so thorough with your thoughts. You've given me something to think about. I too am aware that higher earnings are nice, but "visible" growth is also important. Again, I was trying to compare "stocks" and not the companies and you confirmed what I was thinking might be the case. I thank you for your efforts in responding to my question.
