Hi ERRAFF, Sorry to break up all of the snarl cruise shtuff, but i just wanted to say a very many "tanks" to you, firstman, and again Silver Fox for all of your collective efforts, such as attending the meeting w/Silver Fox, etc. BTW, there is an opening for IR/PR at PRWT - I know you know (LOL). You guys are doing a much better job right now, and by that -- you each are well overqualified!!!
Speaking of the s/h meeting, did the topic of an auditor ever come up? In particular, did John identify the audit firm who will audit the REAL UPCOMING financials? If it was brought up, did it come up for a vote? Was there any mention who: Waterhouse, C&L (Coopers and Lybrand), or a firm that's more on the cheap, etc.???
The reason I ask is that this may, on an outside chance and in a very general sense, give some indication of the status, reality, and eventuality of the financials. On the other hand, my guess is that since the s/h mtg. was on the reverse merger (mainly), the auditor question may never have come up wrt the new and now PRWT. Any insights??
