since you have been one of the most active shareholders and one of the few who visited BNEZ's Offices, can you please explain us what is happening with the shares?
We have Fran on the ask side everyday selling and selling shares, never on the bid side.
Where are coming all those shares?
The company told us no treasury sales.One of this things must be happening.
a} SHORT SELL.
b) NAKED SHORT SELL.
c) NEW SHARES COMING FROM THE TREASURY ARE BEEN ADDED TO THE FLOAT.
Company trying to raise working capital or people who is getting
pay with shares by the company.
Which one, in your opinion, is the right answer?
I understand that after a big rally, like the one we had last week, a price correction and or a pull back will happen, but unless something is going on, no way in 24 hours the correction it will be 60%.
However if new shares are added to the float, from a, b, or c, then the correction must be OK. More shares in the float, no profits yet, price will decline.
Company not explaining about a or b is happening, SO IS C HAPPENING?
Please Mitchell your comments on this very important issue will be appreciated.
I suggest everybody with level II to watch the whole week very carefully each and every trade. If it's a sell, a buy or what.
In this particular case, in which shareholders are concerned about NAKED SHORT, which is illegal I think BNEZ's must step up and give as an explanation or Fran. Are they selling legal shares?
I'm going to write to the OTCBB people and express ours concern. They must give us an answer.
