Thank you for your very informative post, jd. I've been a shareholder for quite some time now but I'm not sure if this question has been asked re the Belize homes. You referred to Belize/American citizens buying homes for retirement. What are the immigration laws regarding this? Are we talking dual citizenship here or the 6 month time limit? Can a retiree, or anyone for that matter, apply for landed immigrant status and live there permanently? I fully realize that most of these homes will be geared towards the "snowbirds" who greatly add to the economy during the winter season, which is great for Belize and in turn good for the shareholders of PRWT as supply and demand is a factor.
