R.S., Ebbers has never indicated or hinted that he's interested in wireless, but he hadn't said that he's interested in MCIC either before MCIC was in play (after British Telecom lowered its price and GTE stepped in). If a WCOM/ATI deal ever happens, hopefully I'll make some good money in ATI. If it doesn't happen, I'd still consider WCOM and ATI to be good long term holds. Seems like MCI WorldCom is far too busy these days to be making a big acquisition anytime soon.

ATI may be a good fit for a European telcom. Vodafone???

Regards.

Anthony
