Has anyone received a solicitation from ALD or AMP to tender their shares????
I believe the Pa. State Senate passed the 8 month bill but that the Pa. House is not going to pass it. (or did the house pass it and the Senate block it?)
The News media seems to reporting conflicting stories and both companies have a offered proposals to buy shares. That leaves me a little confused. I own shares in both AMP and ALD and I'm hoping Allied's bid goes through.
Can anyone answer these questions????
Has Allied purchased any shares and at what price??
If you offered to tender your shares to ALD do you get market price or the Offer price?
Can anyone take up AMP on there purchase offer?? Does that offer buy shares at market with a cap of $55 or do some shareholders get their offer price??

Obviously I'm new to M&A if anyone can help with explaining the process, I'd appreciate it.
