Hi Tom, The DOW just ran to up 103 with not alot of substance. NAZ, although did rebound, is substantially lagging the DOW and the RUT never went positive, so I have to conclude that this intraday upswing is technically weak. Just an attempt to the top of the STAIRSTEP at 7900, it got to about 7850. Seeya.
