Dick -- I appreciate your response. I bought this a while ago and added to a position on a recent pullback (at 7 and then 8 1/4). After buying it based on the numbers and the chart formation (knowing only a little about the company itself), I read some posts in other places suggesting a take-over was a good possiblity. This came from someone in Mass, where the banks are located. He apparently thought and her rumors of a take-over. Given the unusual volume patterns over the last few days, I began to think it might be coming. -- Phil
