Well, that conclusion is surely your own. And it is faulty. I have said nothing about the country. What my statements may imply is that at mile 13 ½ on the Northern highway outside Belize City, that the facilities and services most Americans expect here in the US are not yet developed. The road through Ladyville we know is a rather dangerous strip of road that local residents are asking for speed bumps to be put in. As far as retirees are concerned, I think this may not be an all that appealing area. Lagoon Ridge Estate is not in a prime location as far as what most tourists think of as Belize. This is not an indictment of Belize, anymore than saying the US is a bad country, because we have some rural homes with less than ideal facilities and services. But keep grasping.
