Well, why don't you go back through the Channel 5 news site and listen to what the people and even the government are saying about that area of development outside Belize City. The government has voiced concern about the need to develop the infrastructure, ie services, shopping centers, churches, schools etc. out as far as mile 10 on that highway. Lagoon Ridge Estates is at mile 13&#189. I don't know, but somehow 3&#189 miles further out on that highway doesn't seem to me like it is likely to be more integrated with the services from Belize City. You're a big boy there Bongo. You go do your own DD.
