Roger Rosario is like the leopard that can't change his spots. Anyone who has been in a stock with him knows what to expect. He will be putting down the stock on the thread when he want to buy and praising the hell out of it when he wants to sell. He is a prime example of the pump and Dump at its worse. IMHO.
