Correction to your share count - There are 220 million shares in the float and total outstanding shares are 609 million, with the vast majority being restricted shares used for acquisitions. To put it in a little more perspective, someone could have bought the entire float of PRWT yesterday for a measly $4.4 million. Based on the information we do know about the company and the information we know will be coming out about the company, this level is obviously extremely undervalued. Projected revenues from any of the several divisions is in the multi millions of dollars. Then add all the divisions together with more acquisitions planned. There is no place for the stock price to go but up. In the long run, a stock buy back is still a viable solution.
