A new Cusip # is being applied for from NASDAQ. That must be some high priced securities lawyer that PRWT has hired. You don't get CUSIP's from the Nasdaq. Nor do you need to change the Cusip with a name change. So evidently as of the Board of Directors meeting not only had they not applied, but the members of the board didn't even know enough to correct that error. Sounds like business as usual. No wonder they eschew press releases. Another theory could be that this new Cusip number could be a shield for removing or modifying Restrictions on shares of the common.
