I don't know about your 18-20 level. I see a declinging tops in the TICK and an equal to greater 14.75 - 14.75 - 15.00 top on the mini. I think we are slowing down and it might be a good sell in here for a downtrend maybe to close the gap today. Don't anyone trade on this...this is just free-flow thinking is all. ....of course, OTOH, this makes an ascending right triangle which normally break to the up-side....so 18-20 might be in the cards... :)
